§ 1 Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between Sanvero (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") via the online shop at
(2) These GTC apply to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) as well as to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the BGB, unless otherwise expressly stated between the two customer groups below.
(3) A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally recognized partnership that, at the time of concluding the contract, is acting in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
(4) Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary general terms and conditions of the Customer shall only become part of the contract to the extent that the Seller has expressly agreed to their validity in writing. This also applies if the Seller carries out the delivery without reservation despite being aware of conflicting general terms and conditions of the Customer.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer by the Seller, but rather a non-binding invitation to the Customer to submit an offer in return (invitatio ad offerendum).
(2) By clicking the "Order and Pay" button (or a comparably clearly marked button), the Customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(3) The Seller shall immediately confirm receipt of the order by email (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer unless expressly stated.
(4) The contract is only concluded by the Seller's express declaration of acceptance or by the delivery of the goods to the Customer.
(5) The contract text shall be stored by the Seller and sent to the Customer by email together with these GTC after the conclusion of the contract. The Customer may also view and print the GTC at any time on the Seller's website.
(6) The language of the contract is German.
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices stated are final prices. For consumers, they are understood to include the currently applicable statutory value added tax. For entrepreneurs, unless otherwise stated, prices are shown as net prices plus the currently applicable statutory value added tax.
(2) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The amount of the shipping costs will be communicated to the Customer on the product page or, at the latest, during the ordering process before completing the order.
(3) The Seller offers the following payment methods: Prepayment, credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Klarna. The Seller reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods in individual cases.
(4) In the case of payment by prepayment, the purchase price is due immediately after the conclusion of the contract. For other payment methods, the purchase price is due in accordance with the terms of the respective payment service provider.
(5) If the Customer is in default of payment, the Seller is entitled to charge default interest at the statutory rate. For entrepreneurs, the default interest is 9 percentage points above the base interest rate; for consumers, it is 5 percentage points above the base interest rate (§§ 288, 247 BGB). The assertion of further default damages remains unaffected.
(6) The Customer is only entitled to set off if their counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed, or have been recognized by the Seller. For entrepreneurs, a right of retention is also excluded unless it is based on the same contractual relationship.
§ 4 Delivery and Shipping
(1) The goods shall be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
(2) Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time for goods within Germany is 6-9 business days after the conclusion of the contract or after full payment in the case of prepayment. Deviating delivery times are stated on the respective product page.
(3) If the Seller is unable to deliver on time for reasons for which it is not responsible because it itself was not delivered on time despite having concluded a congruent supply contract with the sub-supplier, the Seller may withdraw from the contract. In this case, the Customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
(4) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold item passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods to the Customer, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. For entrepreneurs, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to the transport company (§ 447 BGB).
(5) Delivery abroad only takes place if it is offered for the respective country during the ordering process.
(6) The Seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the Customer.
§ 5 Retention of Title
(1) For consumers, the Seller retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price.
(2) For entrepreneurs, the Seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment of all claims arising from the ongoing business relationship (extended retention of title).
§ 6 Warranty
(1) The statutory rights to remedy defects apply unless otherwise provided below.
(2) For consumers, the statutory warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods.
(3) For entrepreneurs, a warranty period of one year from the delivery of the goods applies to the sale of new items. The exclusion or reduction of the warranty does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, nor in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor in the event of a recourse claim under Section 445b of the BGB, or insofar as the Seller has provided a guarantee for the condition of the goods.
(4) For entrepreneurs who are merchants within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the commercial duty to inspect and complain under Section 377 of the HGB applies. If the entrepreneur fails to give the required notice, the goods are deemed accepted unless the defect was not detectable during inspection.
(5) For claims arising from guarantees, only the respective guarantee terms of the manufacturer or Seller apply, provided a separate guarantee has been provided. The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by a guarantee.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance, subject to the following information. This right of withdrawal does not apply to entrepreneurs.
Right of Withdrawal Information
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
- on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Sanvero , pauli.muller.ecom@gmail.com, 01637906313
by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) stating your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you for this refund under any circumstances.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise provided by law, the right of withdrawal does not exist or expires early for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed sound or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.

§ 8 Liability
(1) The Seller shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty by the Seller, its legal representatives, or persons assisting in the performance of the contract, as well as for other damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Seller, its legal representatives, or persons assisting in the performance of the contract.
(2) The Seller is also liable for damages resulting from a slight negligence in breaching an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), the fulfillment of which is necessary to enable the proper performance of the contract in the first place and whose observance the Customer may regularly expect, but in this case liability is limited to compensation for foreseeable, typical damages.
(3) Further liability for damages is excluded unless otherwise provided above. This applies in particular to entrepreneurs for damages that did not arise to the delivered item itself, such as lost profits or other financial losses.
(4) The above limitations of liability do not apply insofar as the Seller has fraudulently concealed a defect or has provided a guarantee for the condition of the goods, nor to the Customer's claims under the Product Liability Act.
(5) Insofar as the Seller's liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of its employees, representatives, and persons assisting in the performance of the contract.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the consumer is not thereby deprived of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
(3) If the Customer is a merchant, a public law legal entity, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the Seller. The same applies if the Customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if their residence or habitual residence is unknown at the time the action is brought.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
(1) The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
(2) The Seller is not obliged and is not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Data Protection
For information on the collection, processing, and use of the Customer's personal data, please refer to the separate privacy policy under
§ 12 Final Provisions
(1) Should any individual provisions of these GTC be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(2) Amendments and additions to these GTC must be in text form unless expressly agreed otherwise. This also applies to the amendment of this requirement for text form itself.
